Our Career Coach, Val Beasley has a background in Human Resources, Project Management, and Education & Training. She has combined her love for mentoring and developing others by providing resume and interview assistance or helping them find the best job opportunities. She received her Bachelors in Human Resources from Creighton University, as well as her MBA. Val has always had a passion for helping others and has learned to strategically help people where their strengths can benefit them and their organization. Val is an avid leader and mentor and is a retired Officer in the United States Air Force. She is currently enrolled in an Organizational Leadership PhD to enhance her leadership knowledge and skills.

SHAWN STEWARD
Our Recruiter, Shawn is an energetic and innovative Navy-veteran with experience in solving problems in the healthcare, human resources, and mortgage banking industries. Throughout his time as a service member, Shawn had the opportunity to lead, mentor, and train countless others. During this time, he also graduated from the American Military University with a degree in health sciences. His experiences in the military led him to the Washington, D.C. community where he continues to make an impact both through his community service efforts and by mentoring fellow military veterans. Shawn is currently a Recruiter for Guided Professionals, where he supports the organization's human resource team.
